My expertise stems from experience leading IT and corporate wide change initiatives in the insurance, healthcare, banking, and consumer product industries. My career has been evenly divided between consulting, software and industry. I held a variety of leadership roles including VP of Information Technology, Director of Customer Services and Enterprise Portfolio Manager.

In my role as .net Program Manager at Bank of America, I delivered program savings of more than $5M, while increasing system capabilities and extending the reach of a $70M mortgage case management BPM solution. I was a part of the Senior Leadership Team and raised executive ownership awareness of the project portfolio by establishing practices resulting in improved project delivery.  As a part of Allstate's IT leadership team, I delivered multiple projects that achieved more than $10M in savings through data, systems and organizational consolidation. I consistently supported cost avoidance and improved services while modernizing systems at major clients such as Sears, by delivering PeopleSoft ERP enterprise wide.

I earned a B.S. degree in Computer Science from Northern Illinois University and an M.S. degree in Technology Strategy and Management from Northwestern University. A life-long learner, I continually participate in career development including technology certification from DePaul University, certifications in Project Management, Systems Architecture and Business Process Management (BPM), and professional development in Cloud Computing, Big Data and Internet of Things (IoT).

As an active participant in community affairs, I leverage leadership and communications skills through engagement in advisory boards at the Community Renewal Society and Family Promise, and I support The Boys and Girls Clubs of America.
